How does WishBOT create videos?

WishBOT uses Google's Veo 3.1 AI model to generate professional video ads. You chat with our AI assistant about your business, and it collects 8 key details (business name, description, target audience, platform, etc.) to create a customized video script and generate your video automatically.
What video lengths are available?

WishBOT supports video lengths from 8 seconds to 64 seconds in 8-second increments (8s, 16s, 24s, 32s, 40s, 48s, 56s, 64s). Each second costs 1 credit. We recommend 15-30 seconds for social media ads.
How do credits work?

1 credit = 1 second of video. Plans include monthly credits: Free (16), Creator (60 for $25/mo), Pro (400 for $89/mo). Unused credits roll over: Creator up to 20, Pro up to 133. Need more? Top-up credits are available for paid plans.
What platforms does WishBOT support?

Videos are optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts (9:16 vertical), YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn (16:9 horizontal). The AI adjusts content and aspect ratio for each platform automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard > Billing. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period. You can reactivate anytime before then. Credits remain available until expiration.
How do I change my plan?

Visit the Pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades can be managed through the "Manage Subscription" button on the Billing page, which opens Stripe's customer portal.
How long does video generation take?

Most videos are ready in 2-5 minutes. You'll receive an email notification when your video is complete. View all your videos in Dashboard > My Videos.
What image formats are supported for logos?

WishBOT accepts PNG, JPG, and WebP formats for logos and product images. For best results, use PNG with a transparent background for logos. Maximum file size is 10MB.
